Farm Prices Rise Slightly on Mid January Report

Funeral rites held for George W. Ball at Tom Bean
Funeral services were conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in the Tom Bean Church of Christ for George W. Ball 77 of route one who died Saturday night in a Sherman hospital. The retired farmer was born May 17 1884 at Rose Hill. He married Ethel Hopper on October 17 1909. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery with pallbearers named Leon Ball Robert Ball Grantlin Ball Granville Ball and Dink Ball. Survivors include his wife two sons four daughters a brother and a sister twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
