Hubert Henderson 35 of Dallas died last Wednesday in a Dallas hospital. Born February 23 1930 he was a janitor at the Colonial Apartments in Dallas. His funeral was held Tuesday in Whitewright with burial in Whitewright Cemetery. Survivors include his parents five sisters and four brothers and other relatives.
Jack McCollom of Pilot Grove died in a two vehicle crash at the U S Highway 69 and State Highway 78 intersection shortly before 2 p m Tuesday. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p m at Wilson Funeral Chapel Leonard with Rev John Faulkner. burial in Leonard Cemetery. He was born December 7 1889 in Trenton, married Laura Hamilton July 23 1911. survived by a brother Luther McCollum of Sylvester, two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
The First Baptist Church youth staged Her Lengthened Shadow a Lottie Moon play Sunday evening.
