Highway patching under way on Sherman to Howe road
Work started Monday to patch and rework the State highway from Sherman to Howe. W. J. Litchfield Illinois August 25 William Preston 45 Wabash section foreman was trapped between rails and planking when a passenger train cut off both feet.
