Elzie Lee Love 76 of Bonham died Sunday in the Bonham veterans hospital. Funeral services were held Tuesday in Bonham with burial in Willow Wild Cemetery. Born November 1, 1888 in Ector he was a brother of Mrs. Robert Sears of Whitewright. Surviving are his wife a daughter two step sons five step daughters two sisters Mrs Mamie Pritchett of Savoy and Mrs Elizabeth Mitchell of San Antonio and four grandchildren.

Medicenters to form 400 aged care facilities nationwide

Holiday Inns of America announced plans to build 400 Medicenters of America convalescent centers for the aged, not hospitals or rest homes. The 1,890 pounds of pulled cotton formed a 480-pound bale from Findley Haile's planting seed.
