Sergeant Bluch Wellington, stationed in San Francisco as an instructor, visits his father John Wellington for a few days. Death in Ohio Claim Shocks Carlisle Alumnus Clyde Combs
Miss Ruth Biggerstaff received word from Mrs. I S Combs of Smithville about the death of Clyde Combs from injuries at a Government steel plate mill in Youngstown Ohio on July 10 He attended Carlisle Military School in 1915 and had many friends here who regret his passing Uncle Dave Alverson left for Nebraska to visit his son Rev Walter Alverson accompanied by his granddaughter Beatrice who had been visiting here.
