One Day Fishing Derby Aims At Texoma May 8
Denison reports plans for a one day fishing derby May 8 on Lake Texoma inviting more than 25 000 anglers. Sponsored by two Oklahoma City newspapers and a radio station the event offers hundreds of dollars in cash and merchandise prizes along the 800 mile shore. Fishermen will target black bass crappie sand bass and channel cat from the Lone Star to the Soon er States.
