Mrs Jones cried I am shot and fell to the floor as Jones fled the room. Jones was arrested and the wounded wife sent for a coroner report and her will naming her young son was drawn. The wound near the groin threatens internal hemorrhage and the case is under police guard.
U.S. marshals escort a dozen prisoners from Chickasaw country near Fishertown Creek Fusion. Arrestees include men charged with assault with intent to kill, larceny, whisky idling, and murder. Ed McCarry wounded. Mershon, Hamilton resist arrest. Hassil-Dut escapes, later reported dead. Fight occurred near Fishertown, three hours ago.
