Local notices and society items fill Wheeling pages
A jumble of notices, auctions, will of Thomas Sweeney, court cases, sales, and social events dominates the Wheeling Register. The text mentions probate, auctions, and a variety of names, addresses, and upcoming balls, with fragmented references to local businesses, a skating race, and community meetings.
