Parole Petition Filed For Silas Adams Of Monroe County
The state board of pardons has received a petition from friends of Silas Adams sentenced to two to fourteen years for whitecapping Harvey McFarland. A prior petition in Tobe Snoddy’s case was denied last June. Thomas Tucker, life prisoner for Ada Bagwell’s murder in Posey County, will face the board again after a 1909 parole violation. Prosecutor William Joseph, later jailed for perjury, is serving life in Michigan City.
