Friends’ efforts to remove Sellers from the hospital failed, and he has been manacled to his bed since.
John E. Robbins president and principal stockholder files petition in Greensburg seeking dissolution of the corporation and appointment of a receiver. The company is incorporated for 500000 and has 250000 preferred and 250000 common stock at $10 par.
LaMar Smith aged twenty three of South Bend, a married man with a three year old child, killed himself by drinking carbolic acid after telling his wife in a telephone call that he was desperate because a young female acquaintance had refused him.
