CCLU targets Westport Milford and Fairfield over beach access
The Connecticut Civil Liberties Union plans to sue Westport Milford and Fairfield over beach access for non residents. Attorney Judith Mears said litigation will begin in about ten days after meetings with town counsels. She had offered alternatives but they were rejected as politically unpalatable.

Settlement hope as Westport teachers and board near deal
