Staples plan would more than double school size
Genualdi, Staples High acting principal, outlined an expansion proposal to the Staples PTA detailing a plan to nearly double the school size. The project centers on three recreational facilities a fieldhouse a swimming pool and a skating rink while core area upgrades include offices library cafeteria and auditorium. He cautioned costs depend on architect plans and space needs with a base estimate near 6.4 million dollars.
