Planning bodies split over marina upgrade plan
The Plan ning and Zoning and Recreation Commissions held a joint session on Monday night to review the controversial marina Improvement Plan. The P and Z report criticized the 1.677 million plan to add 420 wet slips and urged the Recreation Commission to reduce scale and cost and to seek more acceptable guidelines.
