Kemish Aims Charter Revision Panel In Westport Meeting
In a candid talk to 30 members of the Westport Women’s Caucus at the Unitarian Church, First Selectman John Kemish criticized a state study on relocating the Bridge Street bridge and signaled plans to form a 15 member charter revision committee. Westport police ratify two year contract with town

The agreement raises salaries by an average of 5.5 percent over the term with 30000 cost in the first year and adds pension boosts allowing retirement after 20 years at 50 percent pay.
