Westport elder statesman retires after 42 years in RTM
Alan A. Parsell of Westport will not seek re election to the Representative Town Meeting after 42 years in town government. Parsell, 73, says he is tired and has lost his grip while noting he will remain active as a taxpayer and voice in town affairs. He is one of seven ATM members who did not file for re election.
