Education Board Hears Bids For New Recreation Park School
Board of Education held a large meeting at the High School auditorium to review bids for the Recreation Park School on West Ferd avenue. Four low bids for general construction ranged from 146 500 to 162 750, with other bids for heating ventilation plumbing and electrical work. Architect White of Wilder and White will report next Friday on the bids as officials consider cost savings and project timing.

Russian tenor delights audience with First Methodist concert
Sergei Adamaky, a young Ruselat tenor, with American pianist Edna Sheppard, performed at the First Methodist Church under Men's Brotherhood auspices.
