Westfield Knights of Columbus have nearly reached three thousand dollars for war camp funds. The Westfield Council No 1711 and teams from Cranford Roselle Roselle Park Fanwood and Westfield led by captains including Charles Pitcher John Walsh Matthias Miller and E C McMahon raised over five hundred to over ten thousand in the district drive. An anniversary week for Boy Scouts of America on February 8 is set to raise two hundred thousand nationwide with Troop 1 and 2 of Westfield planning a special meeting at their headquarters and pledge allegiance to the flag and Scout Oath.
