Proposed School Site Advantages

A letter to the Leader argues for a new detached high school building rather than enlarging Washington School. It contends the central town site must house 350 to 400 pupils, with total capacity near 800 including additions, and warns against reducing outside space or park trees. It criticizes enlarging plans as insufficient for upper grades and calls for a modern, separate facility with labs and library space.
