Mr H A Bourne of East Broad Street employed Philip Meisner to fetch two trunks. His young son climbed into the express wagon for a ride, spurred the horses into a wild circle around the yard, collided with clothes poles, and was knocked to the ground as the wagon and horse were frightened.
