Mr. J B Gallagher of Peoples National Bank buys 52 acres along Boulevard Carleton Road and Central avenue in Weatfield as a personal investment in the town’s future. He already owns 264 acres developed into a country estate with trees planted twenty five years ago by Ripley and high ground noted for beauty.

East Broad Street Runaway Warning Ends With Bruised Boy

Mr H A Bourne of East Broad Street employed Philip Meisner to fetch two trunks. His young son climbed into the express wagon for a ride, spurred the horses into a wild circle around the yard, collided with clothes poles, and was knocked to the ground as the wagon and horse were frightened. The boy was bruised but may not ride bareback again. Meisner regained control of the frightened animal. Neighbors discussed the incident Friday morning.

Roselle Moves Ahead with New Town Hall Plan
