Ralph the Janitor He Builds a Self Made Future
A riveted boy, Ralph, leaves school after his mother and family hardships. Miss Lee helps him gain a janitor job at Holly Street building, paying two dollars a week, with a starter half dollar and a motto “God helps the man who helps himself.” He uses earnings to buy bread and cheese, gains pride, and becomes a respected man, with his mother and father improving their life.
