Guests heard a hour long program of piano selections by Philip Stephens a conservatory graduate in a music room refreshments followed in two courses. The event linked New York Lawrence San Francisco via the Best Telephone system with five hundred telephones in one Lawrence room and speeches by Alder Strong Carruth. Musical numbers from all cities and a Harry Lauder song closed the program. Transcontinental rates cited and kindergarten and insurance ads follow.
