Wa Hanna Kansas April 3 1907 the board met with Gov Lynn chairing and James Walsh present. Four bids for cement arch bridge across a creek between sections 1 township 21 range 21 were opened and reviewed by the county clerk. Bids ranged from 175 to 606 dollars with bidders Hass City WR Boyd and Monte. One commissioner abstained from the vote for the July 15 1907 action on the cement project.
