Telephone coop proposal from Wakeeney firm to local citizens

A Wakeeney Telephone Company offer to sell its plant and equipment to a newly organized Trego County cooperative is outlined. The plan includes per station pricing, optional appraisal by a three member board, and shared appraisal costs, aiming to avoid duplicate infrastructure and financial loss.
