On June 6 1907 at noon Lottie Snelling wed John McNaughton in Ogal lah township. Rev Scott of the Methodist church conducted the ceremony in front of relatives and friends. The couple received many gifts and a wedding dinner followed. Also noted was the death of Mrs Albert Weddifield wife of Central hotel proprietor, and word of J R Guilbert of Banner dying in Old Mexico. A $200 reward is offered by James Walsh for information leading to cattle theft convictions.
