Young Edwin Gailbert 13 Dies in July 1899

Cadet of Greenwood Kansas born April 10 1886 Edwin C Gailbert youngest son of James R and Jennie A Gailbert died July 15 1899 at 7 pm. Funeral services held at 11 am with Rev I M Waldrop sermon from John 11 11 Our Friend Lazarus Bleepeth. Burial at Collyer cemetery. He was known as an intelligent moral boy beloved by neighbors. The community was shocked by the loss after a string of family illnesses.

Hog receipts light with a strong advance recently. price trend likely to stay firm into the near term.
