Bingham, the complex features a granite basement, concrete and marble walls, a steel frame, a state dining room, a large kitchen and storehouse, dressing rooms, wardrobes, six bedrooms, four baths, and six addition rooms for offices. Cost is estimated at 1.1 million dollars, with plans to be submitted to Congress for approval by both houses.
