Appreciation of City Property in Wenatchee

Wenatchee real estate shows strong price gains over several years with the city still trailing peers. George Coles has held a prime corner lot north of the Sprague undertaker parlor since six to seven years ago selling for 250 dollars. A local client offered 8000 dollars for the same lot for a large frame apartment house but was declined as Coles planned to build himself soon. The example reflects broad citywide appreciation while noting Wenatchee remains lower than comparable cities of similar size.
