Rosamund and the brethren in a Syria to Jerusalem quest
The text follows Rosamund D Arcy and her cousins Godwin and Wulf as they seek to rescue Rosamund from Salah ed-din’s realm. Sir Andrew D Arcy is slain while protecting her, and the trio faces threats from Sir Hugh Lozelle and the assassin Sinan. Masouda aids their escape and Masouda’s loyalties complicate the pursuit through Emesa and beyond. The saga ends with Wulf and Rosamund grieving and planning onward escape toward Jerusalem.
