Five Acres Sold for 12500 to Dr Drury in Wenatchee
H R Stearns five acre tract on Orchard avenue west of the city was sold Saturday through John S Mooney & company to Dr Drury of Wisconsin. Dr Drury, now touring the world, paused in Wenatchee to view the valley and purchased the tract. He plans further travel to China Japan Europe and a German medical course before returning to make the valley his home. The Stewart five acre tract is well improved and bearing and valued at 12500.

A trip to Irondale to view the new steel plant and a Fort Worden torpedo firing plant tour are planned for the visiting and local engineers.
