Brown in town delivers a hit at the Wenatchee theatre with Geo B. Howard and the Howard company. Wenatchee Homes in Litigation
In 1889 Lissetta Nolop died intestate at Wenatchee Territory of Washington leaving three children John, Forestal and Daisy Nolop. Charles G Nolop held a homestead entry on land in Township 22 N, Range 20 E and the lands are claimed by the family. Plaintiffs seek an undivided one sixth interest each and possession, asserting the land was held in trust for the community and that defendants wrongfully occupy it. They request judgment to quiet title and remove claims, with costs.
