Indians Consent To Open A Part Of Reservation
All Indians in conference at Miles Washington have signed to open the south half of the Colville Indian reservation reaching 171 signatures. Emperor Sends Gift to President Roosevelt Box From Russia
A large canvassed box with red seals bearing the Russian Eagle lay on the North German Lloyd pier in Hoboken. W. H. Brown of Plainfield N J, touring Russia with Louis Nixon, said the box contains a gift from the emperor to President Roosevelt. The box was sent in bond to the Russian embassy in Washington after the shipboard declaration. The Wenatchee Royal Arch Masons Lodge initiated three new members Frank McGain H Harris and Mr Barnes from Leavenworth and hosted a banquet at Mr Neubaur's home.
