Man Injured While Riding Bike Without Lights

May 1, Kee McHattan fined 30 by Magistrate Donnaldson at Wellington Police Court for riding a bicycle without lights on the main highway between Georie and Wongarbon, endangering traffic. Constable Marsh reported the offense. Magistrate warned harsher penalties if repeated and gave time to pay.
