Council Rejects Bowling Club Tenure Proposals

Aldermen rejected the club tenure plan five to two after lengthy debate. The approved terms set £50 rental, full metered water, labour costs per timesheet, and admin charges. Water and labour charges drew support. views on retrial were divided. Ald. Hanswick and Ald. Salemon voted against higher charges. Ald. Averett and Ald.
