Golf With The Swingers At Wellington CC
The Wellington Country Club Women’s Golf Association has thrived in hot, foggy conditions. Patty Martin and Louise Mabery joined the growing list of hole in one achievers, joining Edna Wooldridge and Lynn Hurst. Patsy Martin and Lou Mabery are cited for joining the exclusive hole in one club. The November 12 meeting saw Lynn Hurst as hostess and president. dues are 12.00 and optional hole in one 6.00. New officers were unanimously elected: Patsy Martin president Martha Morris vice president Iva Belle Mauldin secretary treasurer Mary Sanford reporter. A donation to the Salvation Army and a Dustbuster purchase were discussed, with a window overlooking the course proposed for the lounge.
