The report notes 7 percent in the colored category and a 2 percent grade reduction plus a 50 point penalty due to Bark. Most staple length is 15/16 inch at 74 percent with other lengths listed. Micronaire readings favor 3.5 to 4.9 at 67 percent, down from 81 percent last week, with some immature cotton from an early freeze.
