Dr. High of Wellington received an American Board certificate as an eye ear nose and throat specialist earning status with fewer than ten other Panhandle doctors who hold the credential. The examination involved national experts and was announced at the Texas State Medical Association meeting in Dallas after his San Antonio exam last year.
