Rev T A Reeves Buried Here After Thursday Service
Rev. T. A. Reeves of Childress formerly Wellington resident buried Thursday March 9 at First Baptist Church with Rev. A. L Heath and Rev J. P. Neal officiating. He died Tuesday night at his son Tom Reeves home. Reeves served as Missionary Baptist pastor over 25 years and also worked as a carpenter. Born August 11 1866 in Roan Oak Alabama he was 72 years old. Survived by sons T. J. Reeves Chil dress Jess Reeves Walrus N M and W B Reeves Pueblo Cal.

Boys Attend Amarillo Fair Parade Day at Stock Show
In Amarillo 34 4-H Club boys and 10 Future Farmers of America from Wilmaleer Buck Creek Litlie and Abra clubs joined about 500 youths in the 4-H Club Day parade along Second to Tenth streets. They toured the City Power Plant refinery Pinkney Packing Co and Amarillo Cotton Oil Mill before watching Stage Coach at Paramount Theatre. County agent W. K. Cottingham sponsored the group with transport by the Quail district.
