Pony League Games Open With New Concession Stand
Weather delays haunt the Pony and Dodson schedules as several games are rained out or postponed. A new brick concession stand and equipment room west of the stands is now in use, improving overnight storage for concessions. The Braves beat the Cubs 13 to 4 with Martin winning pitcher. Dodson Pony fell 18 to 10 to Samnorwood, Tate credited with the win. Quail beat Dodson 11 to 1, and Braves defeated Quails 22 to 3 with Farrar winning on the mound. Dodgers topped Cubs 13 to 3 as Pendleton earned the relief win.
