WTA Retail Energy customers receiving discounted Price-to-Beat rates will see deeper cuts and a longer stretch of relief through July to December 2006. The PUCT approved the plan to raise residential discounts to about 13.5 percent and small commercial discounts to about 6.5 percent, with unilateral bill application and no action required by customers.
