Collingsworth County Underground Water Conservation District will hold a public hearing on June 30 2005 at 7 00 p m in Wellington Texas to repeal current rules and adopt proposed rules. Written comments are due by June 20 2005 and a board meeting will follow the hearing to consider adoption.
