Ramey Waver Named Sterling City High Valedictorian
Ramey Waver was named valedictorian for the Sterling City High School class of 1995 with 241.8 grade points and a 3.88 average. He earned All-America Scholar status, President's Education Award, Tandy Technology Certificate, and Principals Award as a Commended Scholar. He was a 400 meter relay state track qualifier, UIL math science state competitor, and received the Carr Scholarship to Angelo State University for biology. He is the son of Lynn and Andi Wauer of Sterling with noted grandparents.
