Goodwell Oklahoma Engagement and Wedding Planned
Goodwell residents Miss Audrey Elaine Smith and Frankie Lewis Green announce their planned wedding at 3:00 p.m. Friday July 16 in the Church of Christ Bible Chair Goodwell with a reception to follow. Audrey Elaine is the daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. WL Smith and Frankie is the son of Mr. and Mrs. WL Green of Wellington. Audrey is a Panhandle State College business major and Frankie is a junior animal science major at Panhandle State. Visiting relatives include Mrs. W E Thomas and family from Los Alamos New Mexico and Bill Thomas of Irving Texas.

The Fidelis Class of First Baptist Church gathered May 20 at Mrs J B Clark’s home for a business and social meeting led by assistant teacher Mrs Marvin Seale. Members approved sending money to Boys Ranch and celebrated May birthdays with gifts. Delta Kappa Gamma Convention Heads to Amarillo
The Delta Kappa Gamma Society state convention runs June 10 to 13 in Amarillo with Wellington members attending. Lovetts Halek of Austin will conduct the program workshop and Mrs. Walter Williams of Kaysville Utah will speak at the Presidents Dinner. Gamma Kappa Chapter will serve refreshments Thursday at the Amarillo Civic Center. Mary Helen Langford returns to Texas Tech for the summer term after visiting her mother and grandparents.

Norwood Senior Supper Held Near Lutie in 1960s
The Norwood senior supper was held at the Summerwood home of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Waters, five miles east of Lutie, hosted by three class mothers and the sponsor.
