Sunday school was not attended here as many joined the baccalaureate service at Quail. Fred Cagle and Eleana Simmons visit this weekend from Lockney with her parents. Father and Son Honored at Scout Camp Dedication
The cornerstone ceremony at Heart O’Texas Scout Camp near Beston honored Wellington resident R. E. Childers and his son Webb Childers. A marble slab marks the old mill site established by R. E. Childers’ father at Fort Gates. Webb donated his grandfather’s blacksmith tools for scout use.

Young Indiana Violinist Performs Since Age Three
Six year old Frank Earhart, one of Indiana's youngest musicians, has appeared as a violin soloist in concerts since he was three. He hails from Kansas where Mrs Growder’s and Mrs Offutt’s families live with Mr and Mrs Kidwell in Sharmrock.
