Wellington student wins VICA District 6 contest
Delmar Turner won a blue ribbon in the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America District 6 contest in Amatillo entering a rebuilt starter project with a detailing notebook and photos. He was among 13 blue ribbon winners and will advance to the state VICA contest at Ft. Worth April 17–20. Wellington High School participants included Mark Waller and Joe Garza.
