Short Courses For This Year Are Announced
Miss Margaret Moser, county home demonstration agent, says separate sessions for 4 H boys and girls and adult participants will be held at College Station. Youth sessions July 6 7 and 8 adult sessions July 12 13 and 14. The event gathers thousands statewide to share farm and home work and spark new ideas, after a gap in 1937. Programs for this year have not yet been announced.

Burkhalter Rites Held In Olton For Wellington Native
Mrs. Mart Burkhalter former Wellington resident died at her Olton home January 18 aged nearly 44. She came to Olton in 1918, married Marl Burkhalter in Henrietta 27 years ago and is survived by her husband five sons a daughter and two grandchildren. Interment was in Olton Cemetery with Wellington relatives attending.
