Speed limit debate and holiday notes in the town
President Clinton signed a repeal of the national speed limit but local officials urge caution until new signs go up. Some roads may stay 55 mph and drivers should follow posted speeds. Readers report goats incidents and twin goats birth. Christmas decorations brighten the town square with volunteers restoring lights and candles. A birthday wish to Mindi Watts closes the piece.
