Fiesta themed Wellington Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
First United Methodist Church hosted its annual Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on August 12 with a Fiesta 2004 theme. Leslie Schnaufer led the welcome and explained fiesta meaning as dozens of teachers gathered around festive tables. The event featured playful tests for teachers, Mexican themed food, door prizes, and new staff introductions, with Gay McAlister giving the dinner remarks and a fond farewell from Schnaufer.
