The Sheriff’s Department reports 15 arrests in the period July 12 through 31. Notable cases include a July 15 evading arrest and public intoxication charge resulting in jail with bond, a forgery arrest the same day, a June 16 theft arrest with release after $2,000 bond, a July 18 false statement on a driver license application with $1,500 bond, a July 21 theft suspect in custody with $3,000 bond, and two July 22 warrants from Shamrock for failing to obey a peace officer that led to $1,500 bonds and release to the Shamrock Constable.
