About one hundred people attended the Quail Agricultural Association meeting on Friday night April 2. D A Dobkins Amarillo soil conservationist gave an in depth lecture and picture demonstration. The program included an FFA chapter one act play Carbon Takes a Ride and a declamation The Torch of Progress by Herman Melton. Maurine Tampke read and sang old time songs. The Quail Chapter FFA band provided music with H J Wischkaemper presiding.
