Railroad and pardons dominate Weiser meeting notes

At a Weiser board meeting secretary W M Wallace read a Salt Lake letter discussing a Weiser to Seven Devils railroad plan with twenty five miles needed to float bonds. The boards also discussed Crine creek and Mineral roads, and appointed C M Jones to lead roads work. The Board of Pardons held sessions in the state capital considering pardons for George F Lash and James Harris, with Harris granted and Lash postponed. Geo F Lagh sought pardon for grand larceny. A dancing school note on Jas W Rhodes and a remark about Nugent appear in the State Journal.
